FedEx/DHL/UPS/Japan Post.
*The shipping carrier will be designated by our shop, and customers generally cannot choose the carrier.We generally do not accept requests for specific delivery time slots or dates.

【Damage During Shipping】
We take great care during packaging to prevent dents or scratches on the outer box when preparing shipments.
However, after handing over to the shipping carrier, there is a possibility of issues arising during transit or damage occurring due to the carrier's responsibility.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.
【Returned Shipments】
- We will notify you that the package has been returned.
- Reshipment: Original shipping plus reshipping fees are payable by the customer.
- Refund: If you opt for a refund, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
- Any carrier fees incurred during the return process are the customer’s responsibility.
